- You strengthen our data analytics team by supporting the development of our platform’s analytics component; including the processing, analysis and evaluation of simulated data
- You are involved in the end-to-end development lifecycle from conceptualization to implementation, integration and deployment
- You transfer concepts from literature into actual code
- You collaborate closely with the Head of Analytics and the Strategic Analytics Lead to explore new ideas and implement proof of concepts
- Maintain and develop a culture of engineering excellence for our product and projects and a common team spirit in reaching our goals
- You have completed a masters degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or similar field from a top university
- 2-3 years of experience working as a data scientist or software engineer with data science background
- Excellent Python programming skills and a solid understanding of the most relevant libraries
- Demonstrated experience with database technologies such as MongoDB or graph databases
- Preferably experience in developing ML models and in the technical and methodological aspects of running ML models in production; additional experience with mathematical optimization approaches makes you stand out
- Experience with Cloud Computing, Docker, and Linux is a plus
- Preferably experience in handling simulation data, e.g. from traffic or vehicle simulation (is not required but makes your profile even more enticing)
- Flexibility and drive to work in a small, focused start-up team distributed across Europe
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are more than welcome in our multi-cultural team
- 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard
